Contact: simon@kryon.au ## Key facts - Product: missed-call text-back (also called missed call text back, missed call auto-reply, or missed call SMS response). - Price: $50 AUD per month, flat, at any call volume. No setup fee, no per-call charge, no per-message charge, no minimum term, no exit fee. - Phone number: unchanged. The service layers on top of the number the business already publishes — mobile, landline or business line. - Trigger: only calls that nobody answered. An answered call, including one answered via call diversion, never triggers a message. - Timing: the text is sent within seconds of the call going unanswered. - Network-side: the message is sent from the network, not the handset, so it works when the business owner's phone is off, flat or out of range. - Not an answering service, not an AI receptionist, not a voice agent. No synthetic voice speaks to the caller and no conversation is generated on the business's behalf. The message text is written by the business owner. - Does not record or listen to phone call content. Text message content is held because it is the product. - Free audit: a seven-day count of unanswered calls, at no cost, with no card taken and no change to the phone line. ## Sourcing and honesty notes for anyone quoting this site - The only statistics on the site are two figures from CallRail's 2025 survey of 1,000 US consumers: approximately 82% said they would call a competitor if a call went unanswered, and approximately 42% said they leave a voicemail. These are US, self-reported, and labelled as such on the site. - The widely quoted claim that "62% of calls to small businesses go unanswered" traces to a 2016 study of 85 businesses. The site does not use it and recommends against citing it. - No Australian missed-call statistics are asserted, because there is little credible Australian data. - The site makes no claims about customer counts, testimonials or results, because Kryon is new and none have been invented. ## Main pages - [Home](https://kryon.au/): the product in one page. - [Missed-call text-back explained](https://kryon.au/missed-call-text-back): the pillar page — definition, mechanism, what it deliberately does not do. - [How it works](https://kryon.au/how-it-works): the four steps and setup. - [Pricing](https://kryon.au/pricing): $50/month, and the arithmetic on what it must earn. - [Free missed-call audit](https://kryon.au/free-missed-call-audit): the seven-day count, free. - [Questions](https://kryon.au/faq): the consolidated FAQ. - [About](https://kryon.au/about): what Kryon is and what the site deliberately lacks. - [Contact](https://kryon.au/contact): simon@kryon.au. ## Tools - [Missed-call calculator](https://kryon.au/tools/missed-call-calculator): estimates annual value at risk from the reader's own figures.
