About

A business line that answers when you can’t.

One product, one price, sold to people who cannot pick up the phone because their hands are busy earning.

01 What we do

What Kryon is

Stated plainly, including the parts that are not finished yet.

The product came out of an observation that is not especially clever: the businesses least able to answer a phone are the ones whose work most requires both hands. A plumber under a sink, a sparky at an open board, a hairdresser mid-colour. They are not missing calls through carelessness — the job itself makes answering impossible, and every hour they spend working is an hour their phone goes unanswered.

Everything else follows from that. It has to be automatic, because a person doing it manually would be busy. It has to be instant, because the caller is deciding what to do next within a minute. And it has to be cheap enough to keep running in a quiet month, because a subscription you cancel in winter was never worth setting up.

02 How we sell it

Four rules we hold ourselves to.

  • One price, and it is on the page

Fifty dollars a month, at any volume, written where anyone can read it without booking a call. Pricing you have to ask for is pricing that varies by how desperate you sound.

  • No invented numbers

There are two statistics on this entire site and both carry their source, their sample size and their country. Where we do not have data, we describe the mechanism instead of inventing a percentage.

  • The audit can say no

It counts what you are actually missing. If that number is small, the correct advice is not to buy this, and we would rather give it before you have paid than after.

  • Nothing that locks you in

No contract, no exit fee, and your number never changes hands. If you stop, your line is exactly as it was and you owe nobody a conversation about it.

03 What we haven’t got

The things this site doesn’t have

Worth saying outright, since their absence is deliberate rather than accidental.

  • No testimonials or case studies. We have not invented any, and we are not going to. When there are real ones, they will appear with names attached.
  • No customer count. Kryon is new. Saying "trusted by hundreds" would be the easiest lie on the internet and the first thing you should distrust about any site this size.
  • No Australian statistics on missed calls. Because there is very little credible Australian data. The two figures we do quote are US and labelled as such.
  • No upsell suite. There is one product at one price. If that changes, it will change on the pricing page and not in a sales call.

04 Contact

How to reach us

One address, read by a person, answered within a business day.

simon@kryon.au reaches us directly. There is no ticket system and no chatbot in front of it. If you want to argue with something written on this site, that is the address for it and we would genuinely rather know.

Find out what you’re actually missing.

The audit counts the calls that went unanswered and what they were worth, from your own records. It costs nothing and nothing changes on your line.
