How it works

Nothing changes, until a call goes unanswered.

Your phone rings the way it always has. The only difference is what happens in the seconds after nobody picks up.

Setup
Two minutes. We do it.
Your number
Unchanged. Nothing switches.
On your phone
Nothing to install.
For customers

01 In one paragraph

The whole mechanism

Before the three-step diagram, the version you could repeat to somebody in the pub.

That is genuinely the entire product. There is no app for the caller, nothing for them to install and nothing for them to understand. They rang a business and a business texted them back.

03 How it works

Three steps. You're involved in none of them.

We put a line in front of your number. Calls come through to you exactly as they do now. The only difference is what happens to the ones you can't take.

  1. Your phone rings as normal

Nothing changes about how you take calls. Same phone, same number, same ring. You pick up when you can, like you always have.

    No behaviour change

  2. If you miss it, they get a text back

Within seconds, not this evening. It tells them who you are, that you're on a job, and asks what they need. They know they've been heard before they think about ringing anyone else.

    Under 5 seconds

  3. They send you the job

What the work is, where it is, when they need it, photos if it helps. It lands with you written down. You reply when your hands are free.

    Written down, not remembered

You don't change anything. You stop losing work.

04 Better than a callback

This isn't a patch. It's a better way to take work.

A phone call is a bad way to receive a job. It arrives when you're busy, it takes ten minutes, and half of it lives in your head until you write it down. A text arrives with the details already in it.

Calling them back

  • You ring back. No answer. They ring back. No answer.
  • Ten minutes on the phone working out what the job is.
  • You stop what you’re doing to make the call.
  • Half of it remembered, half of it lost.

Texting them back

  • One message. No phone tag.
  • The job written down before you read it.
  • You reply when it suits you.
  • Every enquiry on record, in one place.

05 Your number

Keep your number. We add a safety net under it.

This sits on top of whatever you use now. Your number doesn't change, your customers don't notice, and there's nothing to switch over. If you already have a business line, it keeps working exactly as it does today.

If you've been handing out your personal mobile for fifteen years, this is also a proper business number you can start giving out instead. Every enquiry then runs through one line, so there's a record of it rather than a call log you scroll through on a Sunday.

Stays exactly as it is

Your number

0412 345 678 — the one on the ute, the sign, the invoices.

Added underneath

The Kryon line

Catches what you can't. Texts back in seconds. Keeps the record.

Nothing to port. Nothing to switch off. Nothing your customers have to learn.

06 Questions

Questions about setup

What do I have to do to set it up?

About two minutes on the phone with us. You decide what the message says; we do the configuration. Nothing is installed on your phone and no customer needs to be told anything.

Does anything change about my phone?

No. Same number, same provider, same handset, same ring. The only difference is what happens when a call goes unanswered.

What if I pick up?

Nothing happens. The text only fires on a call nobody answered, including calls answered by someone else on a diversion.

What if my phone is off or out of range?

The text still goes out. It is sent from the network, not from your handset, so it does not depend on your phone at all.

Can I change the message?

Whenever you like, and you can run a different one outside your working hours. Most people change it once after the first fortnight and then rarely again.

Who sees the replies?

Whoever you nominate. In a one-person business that is you; with a team, enquiries can go to more than one person so whoever is free picks it up.

Find out what you’re actually missing.

The audit counts the calls that went unanswered and what they were worth, from your own records. It costs nothing and nothing changes on your line.
