01 The maths

What it has to earn

The threshold is deliberately low, because that is the honest way to price something you can cancel next month.

There is no slider on this page and no calculator pretending to know your average job value. Most trades know within a few hundred dollars what one job is worth to them, and that number is the only input the decision needs. If one job a year clears $600, the maths is settled and the remaining question is whether you are missing calls at all — which the free audit answers before you spend anything.

If you would rather work it through with your own figures, the missed-call calculator does it without asking for an email address.

03 Questions

Questions about the price

The ones worth answering before you get on a call with anybody.

Is $50 really the whole price?

Yes. There is no setup fee, no per-call charge, no per-message charge and no minimum term. A month where you miss forty calls costs the same as a month where you miss two.

Is there a contract?

No. It is month to month and you can stop whenever you want, without ringing anyone to argue about it. Your number stays exactly as it was.

Do I need to pay for the audit?

No. The audit is free and there is no card taken for it. It exists so you can see your own numbers before deciding whether the $50 is worth spending.

What happens if it doesn’t save me a job?

Cancel it. That is the whole answer. One recovered job covers the year, so if a year goes by without one, the maths has told you what to do.

Are there extra charges for busy months?

No, and this is the main structural difference between this and a per-call answering service. Your bill does not rise in the week a storm goes through or a heatwave hits — which is exactly the week you can least afford a surprise invoice.

Is GST included?

Pricing is quoted at $50 a month. GST treatment is confirmed on your invoice when you sign up.

Do you charge per user or per phone?

No. The price covers the business line, and enquiries can go to more than one person without changing what you pay.

What am I actually paying for?

A business line that forwards to your phone, an automatic text on every missed call, the replies captured and sent to you, every call and message kept on record, and the setup done for you.

Check it’s worth $50 before you spend it.

The audit counts what went unanswered on your line last month, from your own records. If the number is small, we will tell you so.
